floor refinishing

hello, i have a three month old boy that is soon going to grow up and starts his doggy walk all over the floor. so, to be sure he is going to be fine, i though i should do http://www.dublin-floorsanding.ie, i want to have the floor sparkle, in order for my kid to be alright. should i use any www.dublin-floorsanding.ie products or should i know something that my by could be hurt by? is floor sanding dangerous? i really just want to keep him safe from any dirty floors .
